As it is known, sport is one of the most important social phenomena of today's world. So much so that this power of sports can unite 206 countries under one roof (IOC), and it has the power to bring together countries that are at war with each other on the same platform and compete in national unity and solidarity with the spirit of Olympism. Sports organizations can be watched by billions of people at the same time, and the broadcasting rights of these organizations can be sold at very high numbers. This gigantic industry provides employment opportunities for millions of people. At the same time, sports are considered as one of the most important tools of education in raising qualified people needed for social development and development.
Being aware of this potential power of sports at Istanbul Esenyurt University School of Physical Education and Sports, we have been striving to direct sports and the future in line with the vision of our university since its establishment. We carry the mission of raising qualified graduates who will contribute to the sports science needed by our country and the world, with our Sports Management and Coaching Training programs. While contributing to the production of knowledge by adhering to the basic functions of being a university, on the other hand, to train versatile and well-equipped professionals with the sector, with programs that take into account the expectations and needs of the sector; At the same time, it is our basic responsibilities to produce social service projects with the understanding of giving to the society what we receive from the society. With this understanding, our college has to be a window to Istanbul, where our university is located, to the general of our country, and even beyond the borders of the country.
